Solar cell prices stabilized last week, with sluggish trading

Last week, cell trading was sluggish, and prices stabilized. Currently, high-efficiency PERC 182 solar cells (23.2% efficiency and above) are priced at 0.30-0.31 yuan/W; PERC 210 solar cells are priced at around 0.32-0.33 yuan/W; Topcon 182 solar cells (24.7% efficiency and above) are priced at around 0.28-0.31 yuan/W; and Topcon 210RN solar cells are priced at 0.35-0.36 yuan/W. Upstream silicon wafer and polysilicon prices have not stabilized but the decline has narrowed, providing some support to cell prices. Cell makers have started planning next month's orders last week, with most reporting that orders in Jun are not as good as May. Downstream PV module manufacturers are observing prices and have shown signs of reducing production to varying degrees, resulting in a noticeable oversupply.
