Pr-Nd oxide prices continued to drop but the decline slowed down

This week, the decline in Pr-Nd oxide prices narrowed. During the week, the mainstream prices of Pr-Nd oxide dropped from last Thursday's 386,000-388,000 yuan/mt to this Thursday's 375,000-377,000 yuan/mt, a decrease of about 2.8% WoW. The Pr-Nd alloy prices decreased from last Thursday's 483,000-485,000 yuan/mt to this Thursday's 460,000-465,000 yuan/mt, a decrease of about 4.4% WoW.

As the downstream inquiries in the rare earth metal market were still sluggish, market sentiment remained pessimistic. Downstream magnetic material enterprises made low-price inquiries amid sluggish orders, while rare earth metal enterprises provided fewer quotations amid limited spot inventories.
