China April PV modules output and May forecast

According to SMM statistics, domestic module production reached 55.1GW in April, an increase of 1.29% from March. The growth of module production slowed down significantly. In March, module production was obviously in surplus, and the growth of module inventory is significant. Coupled with the decline in module prices, module companies were under pressure and began to reduce production in April. However, the overall market demand is still slightly weak, and module production may stabilize in May.
