【Joint venture between Guolianmei and GAC Group established】
On April 10th, Guangzhou Youmei Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangzhou Youmei"), jointly created by Wuhan Power Battery Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guolianmei Group, and Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GAC Group, was officially established. Located in Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, after the completion of the first phase, Guangzhou Youmei will have the capacity to recycle and dismantle power batteries of 20,000 tons/year and produce battery black powder recycled products of 10,000 tons/year. This joint venture marks an important move for Guolianmei and GAC Group to implement strategic cooperation and jointly build the new energy full-life cycle value chain.
