Price

Polysilicon: The mainstream prices of recharging polysilicon and dense polysilicon were 56-63 yuan/kg and 53-60 yuan/kg respectively yesterday. Expected prices continue to fall, while traded prices were stable.

Production

In April, some newly built polysilicon plants began to discharge materials and the production lines ramped up. Polysilicon production schedules continued to rise steadily.

Inventory

At present, polysilicon inventory is gradually increasing, with the proportion of N-type increasing. The current polysilicon inventory has exceeded 100,000 tons.

Solar cell

Price

The price of topcon batteries has been reduced. The current price of Topcon182 cells (24.4% and above efficiency) is about 0.45-0.47 yuan/W; the price of Topcon210 cells is 0.46-0.49 yuan/w. The price of high-efficiency PERC182 cells (23.2% and above efficiency) is 0.37-0.38 yuan/W; the price of PERC210 cells is about 0.36-0.37 yuan/W; the recent price reduction is mainly affected by the downward price of silicon wafers.

Production

At present, some N-type cell manufacturers are still ramping up production, and their output is increasing. The demand for cells has weakened recently, mainly due to the sharp decline in silicon wafers. Module manufacturers have reduced purchases, putting pressure on battery manufacturers to reduce prices.

Inventory

Currently, PERC battery inventory continue to accumulate, PERC182 inventory days have also increased slightly, and recent TOPCon inventory has also increased.

Modules

Price

Last week, the mainstream transaction price of bifacial-182mm monocrystalline PERC modules was 0.93 yuan/w, and the mainstream transaction price of bifacial-210mm monocrystalline PERC modules was 0.95 yuan/w.

Production

The production schedule in March remained at a high level. Compared with March shipments, modules were overstocked in March. However, due to market competition and leading manufacturers maintaining high production schedules, April production schedule is expected to continue to increase.

Inventory

Production schedules remain relatively high from March to April. Although downstream demand is good, there is still a risk of inventory accumulation in the later period.

PV film

Pricing

PV-grade EVA/POE:

PV-grade EVA: The current trading price of domestic PV-grade EVA is 12800-13000 yuan/ton, cable-grade EVA price is 11700-12000 yuan/ton, and the price of foam-grade EVA is 10,400-10,600 yuan/ton The price of PV-grade POE remains stable, with 4-carbon POE maintaining a price of around US$2,600-2,700/ton, and 8-carbon POE maintaining a price around US$2,800/ton.

PV film

The current mainstream price of 420g transparent EVA film is 6.72-6.93 yuan/square meter, the price of 420g white EVA film is 7.35-7.94 yuan/square meter, the price of 380g EPE film is 7.87-8.06 yuan/square meter, and the price of 380g POE The price of film is 10.83-11.40 yuan/square meter. PV film prices tend to rise.

Production

The current pace of photovoltaic film production is normal, and output maintains a relatively high operating level. Granule production may increase significantly next month.

Inventory

The current inventory of film particles is being consumed normally, and granule procurement is mainly based on demand.

Inverters

Price

This week, the price of 20 kw grid-connected inverters was 0.15-0.19 yuan/W, the price of 50kw was 0.14-0.18 yuan/W, and the price of 110kw was 0.12-0.17 yuan/W.

Production

There is no overall change in the price range of inverters, and prices remained stable overall. The supply side is relatively sufficient, and orders are still mainly for the production of industrial and commercial models.

PV glass

Price

3.2mm single-layer coated glass: The price of 3.2mm single-layer coated photovoltaic glass is 25.5-26.0 yuan/square meter, and the price remains stable.

3.2mm double-layer coated glass: 3.2mm single-layer coated photovoltaic glass is quoted at 26.5-27.0 yuan/square meter, and the price remains stable.

2.0mm single-layer coated glass: The price of 2.0mm single-layer coated photovoltaic glass is 15.5-16.5 yuan/square meter, and the price remains stable.

2.0mm double-layer coated glass: 2.0mm double-layer coated photovoltaic glass is quoted at 16.8-17.5 yuan/square meter, and the price remains stable.

Production

On the supply side, two new kilns and one cold repair kiln have been added in China since March. In Anhui, 1,000t/d furnace was commenced and 320t/d maintenance were implemented, and in Jiangxi, 1,000t/d furnace was commenced. The overall supply increased.

Inventory

There has been no glass transaction this week. Upstream and downstream companies are waiting for the price of new orders in April, and the decline in inventory has slowed down.
