The declaration information released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the smart choice car model jointly created by Huawei and BAIC is named Xiangjie S9, and it is a pure electric car.

The declaration information shows that the new car is a pure electric sedan with two types of power: single and dual electric motors. The peak power of the single electric motor version is 227kW, and the peak power of the dual electric motor version is 158kW/227kW. The engine provider is Huawei Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The maximum speed of the car is 214km/h.

In terms of the battery, the new car will be equipped with ternary lithium-ion or ternary lithium iron-manganese lithium battery from Jiangsu Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL.
