Jiangxi Xunwu Announces Plans for 100,000-ton Lithium Battery Recycling Project

Jiangxi Xunwu plans to build a 100,000-ton lithium battery recycling project. On March 4th, Jiangxi Lingye New Energy Co., Ltd. announced the environmental impact assessment of the lithium battery recycling project. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual production capacity of the plant will be 100,000 tons of dismantled electrode sheets, including 40,000 tons/year of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheets, 40,000 tons/year of ternary positive electrode sheets, and 20,000 tons/year of negative electrode sheets, as well as the construction of environmental protection facilities and other supporting auxiliary facilities. The project covers a total area of 9600m2, with a crushing production area, loading and unloading area, sorting area, finished product area, tool room, etc. The investment scale is a total of 100 million yuan, with 830,000 yuan invested in environmental protection, accounting for 0.08% of the total investment. The products include positive electrode black powder, graphite powder, copper granules, aluminum granules, etc.
