According to the import ore cost-profit table of SMM, the profit of imported ore has declined. According to SMM statistics, the impact of iron water brought by blast furnace maintenance this week (March 2 to March 8) was 1.6194 million tons, a decrease of 77,100 tons compared to the maintenance impact last week. The impact of iron water brought by blast furnace maintenance next week (March 9 to March 15) will be 1.6164 million tons, a decrease of 3,000 tons compared to this week. Some steel mills have resumed blast furnace production, and the iron water will see a small increase. The Two Sessions have been held, and various important economic indicators basically meet market expectations, with relatively little short-term policy impact. The focus in the later stage will mainly be on the demand for steel in the peak season, and it is expected that the profit of imported ore will remain volatile in the short term.
