According to data, the main contract of lithium carbonate LC2407 opened at 98,150 yuan/ton and closed at 101,800 yuan/ton on that day, with a trading volume of 206,120 lots and an open interest of 173,784 lots, an increase of 7,771 lots compared to the previous trading day. SMM battery-grade lithium carbonate spot prices were quoted at 93,500-99,000 yuan/ton on the same day, with an average price of 96,250 yuan/ton, an increase of 100 yuan/ton from the previous working day. In terms of trends, the price of lithium carbonate fluctuated steadily after opening on the day, then rose slightly and stabilized for a period of time, and then rose sharply from midday to the end of the session, ultimately closing up by 4.30%.
