Enjie Holding: Subsidiary company receives 456 million government subsidy. Enjie Holding announced that its subsidiary, Jiangxi Tongrui New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., received a notification from the Office of the People's Government of Gao'an City on January 30, 2024, learning that the Gao'an City government approved the conversion of the outstanding 456 million city loans held by Jiangxi Tongrui into funds to support project development based on the joint acceptance results of relevant inspection agencies. The projects involved include the 9th to 16th diaphragm production lines (including the affiliated online coating production line) and the separate 5th offline coating production line. It is understood that the government funding subsidy obtained this time is one-time and is not expected to result in long-term sustained returns.
