State Power Investment Corporation announced on the evening of February 2nd that it plans to establish State Power Investment Corporation Qingneng Etokeqianqi Limited Company, with a share ratio of 96%:4% between the company and Ordos Zhengteng Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., for the construction of a 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in the coal mining subsidence area of Ordos, Inner Mongolia. The total dynamic investment of the project is 8.343 billion yuan, with a capital ratio of 20%, and the rest will be resolved through bank loans. According to the share ratio, the company will increase its capital by 1.602 billion yuan to State Power Investment Corporation Qingneng Etokeqianqi Limited Company for the investment and construction of this project.
