N-type silicon wafer price hike met resistance from downstream 

Mainstream transaction prices of monocrystalline silicon wafer 182mm and 210mm were 2-2.05 yuan/piece and 2.8-3 yuan/piece this week. Owing to low availability of P-type silicon wafer and polysilicon offer hike, prices of P-type silicon wafer rose. In contrast, prices of N-type silicon wafer failed to go up as solar cell producers halted purchases in an attempt to resist the price increases. Currently, downstream sector is confronted with considerable pressure from costs. There will be basically no room for silicon wafer price to hike.
