N-type polysilicon prices still outperform P-type 

Polysilicon: This week, major traded price of P-type dense polysilicon was 55-59 yuan/kg, while that of N-type polysilicon was 57-60 yuan/kg, and its market price kept inching higher. There were inquiries for a new round of order signing. Given that depleted N-type inventories drove leading producers to increase prices, transaction price of some small-amount N-type polysilicon hiked by nearly 5 yuan/kg. However, absent silicon wafer price uptick and low operating rate of downstream sector, crystal pulling plants were resistant to high-priced polysilicon. It is expected that an increase in the new round of order signing price will be limited, and the mainstream transaction price may be 70 yuan/kg.
