SMM News on January 17th: In January, according to SMM's tracking of 1-10kV electricity prices for general industrial and commercial use, the peak-valley price difference in 19 regions exceeded 0.7 yuan/kWh. The peak-valley price difference in 18 regions decreased compared to the previous month. In January, most areas continued to experience cold temperatures and high electricity demand, leading to the implementation of peak electricity prices. The area with the largest peak-valley price difference in January is still the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong, reaching 1.305 yuan/kWh.
