Zhejiang Lishui: New energy storage should be no less than 10% / 2 hours

Recently, the People's Government of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province issued a notice on supporting the high-quality development of electric power in Lishui City, mentioning the need to guide the scientific layout of new energy storage on the power supply side, grid side, and user side. It also aims to promote the development of "new energy + energy storage", stating that wind power and centralized photovoltaic stations should have primary frequency regulation, rapid voltage regulation, and peak shaving capabilities. Energy storage should be configured with no less than 10% of the installed capacity and a duration of no less than 2 hours, and can be implemented through leasing, co-construction, or self-construction.
