State Grid Corporation of China QinYang Company has issued a "Notice on Further Standardizing the Construction of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects." The document specifies the red, yellow, and green zones for the development of distributed photovoltaic projects, giving priority support to projects within the green zone, while projects in the yellow and red zones need to wait for the implementation of absorption conditions before proceeding with development and construction. In addition, the photovoltaic capacity accessed by the main transformers (distribution transformers) at all levels of the power grid should not exceed 80% of the rated capacity. When the distributed photovoltaic access capacity exceeds the carrying capacity, a method of gathering and boosting access will be adopted. For household photovoltaic projects constructed by individuals using their own residences and purchased equipment, if confirmed to meet the record-filing conditions, relevant materials need to be provided for record-filing by the grid company on their behalf.
