Ancai Gaoke: Plans to Increase Capital to Build High-purity Quartz Glass Project for its Subsidiary

On the evening of December 22nd, Ancai Gaoke announced that, in order to implement the company's strategic layout, foster the high-end glass industry, and achieve high-quality development, it plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Ancai Semiconductor, by 51 million Yuan. This investment will be used to build a high-purity quartz semiconductor glass project with an annual output of 3,000 tons (hereinafter referred to as the "Quartz Glass Project"). The total investment for the project is 199.15 million Yuan.
