Chang Aluminum Co., Ltd.: Intends to publicly list and transfer 5.38% equity of OriGenix Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

Chang Aluminum Co., Ltd. announced that the company intends to transfer 5.38% equity of its subsidiary company, Suzhou OriGenix Medical Technology Co., Ltd., by way of a public listing. The minimum listing price shall not be lower than the target equity valuation value filed with the relevant state-owned asset regulatory unit by the company. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in OriGenix. (Cailian Press)
