SMM Steel Morning Meeting Minutes: Macroeconomic News is Flat, Intraday Futures Weaken and Fluctuate. Macro expectations have once again risen, cost support is strong, coupled with recent intensive maintenance of steel mills and reduced impact of adverse weather, the contradiction in the fundamentals of building materials is expected to ease. Both the upside and downside are limited in the short term, and the trend in rebar prices may be mainly characterized by fluctuations. At the same time, it is recommended to pay attention to the release of a variety of economic data at the end of the month. Market attention is still skewed towards the macroeconomic aspects, and if the data performs favorably, there may still be upward opportunities in the market.
