Recently, Sineng Group (02459.HK) announced the transfer of equity to Gaoshuo Group Limited in order to acquire a plot of land for the existing graphite electrode production plant in Narni, Italy. This move allows the group to further advance its vision of achieving a total production capacity of 120,000 tons of synthetic graphite anode materials in Europe annually. The group's business plan initially includes the construction of a European graphite anode material production plant with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons on the Narni1 plot. Subsequently, a 100,000-ton greenfield project will be initiated to serve the European graphite anode material market.
