Qinghai Lithium Salt Enterprises: Current Gansu Jishishan Earthquake has Minimal Impact on Production and Sales
At 23:59 on December 18, 2023, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Jishishan, Bao'an, Dongxiang, and Sala Autonomous County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, with a depth of 10 kilometers. As of now, the earthquake has caused damage to some buildings, as well as basic infrastructure such as water, electricity, and communication in Gansu and Qinghai. According to SMM, several salt lake enterprises in Qinghai have indicated that the current earthquake has relatively little impact on their actual production and sales due to the distance, and their operations are currently normal.
