Minth Group announces that the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Minth Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., by $90 million, with each company contributing $10 million and establishing a subsidiary in Mexico with a capital of 1.00 million pesos (equivalent to RMB 412,900, calculated at the recent exchange rate) using $90 million from both parties. The subsidiary in Mexico will invest in and construct an aluminum extrusion production base for the solar energy storage and new energy vehicle industries, producing aluminum extrusions, die-casting and plastic structural components, and engaging in processing operations for extrusions and die-casting components.

[SMM 알루미늄 합금 플래시] 이번 주 중국 주조 알루미늄 합금 잉곳 사회 재고는 33,000톤으로 전주 대비 1,200톤 증가하며 4주 연속 재고 증가세를 이어갔다. 전년 동기 대비로는 38,400톤 감소한 수준으로, 53.8% 줄어들었다. 현재 성수기 초입 단계로 하류 기업들의 구매는 주로 강성 수요에 그치고 있으며, 수요 측면은 아직 완전히 회복되지 않았다. 일부 현물 트레이더들의 매입이 입고 물량을 일정 부분 보완했다. 단기적으로 사회 재고는 소폭 증가 추세를 이어갈 것으로 예상된다.
