PV Expansion! Aikang Technology Plans to Build Photovoltaic Cell Production Lines

On the evening of December 14th, Aikang Technology announced its plan to invest 2.1 billion RMB to construct 6 HJT (heterojunction) solar cell production lines, with a total capacity of 4.6GW. The company had previously disclosed a plan for private placement in April of this year, aiming to raise 300 million RMB to invest in the construction of a 2.42GW high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic cell project in Huzhou.

According to the announcement, Aikang Technology has laid out production bases for high-efficiency solar cell modules in Suzhou, Jiangsu, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, Huzhou, Zhejiang, and Zhoushan, Zhejiang. The company currently has a capacity of 3.2GW for HJT cells, 0.8GW for PERC cells, and 10.4GW for modules.
