On December 12th, Jiayu shares issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xuzhou Jiayu, plans to sell its photovoltaic module, frame production line, and auxiliary equipment to Changzhou Shengduo. Within three days of the effective date of the contract, Changzhou Shengduo will make a one-time payment to Jiayu shares in currency, and Changzhou Shengduo will bear the cost of equipment disassembly and transportation.

According to the announcement, the selling price of this transaction is RMB 2.8425 million, while the book value of the related assets as of November 30th of this year was RMB 39.0175 million.
