PV module prices fall, global stocks stay high

Last week, the mainstream transaction price of domestic bifacial glass 182mm modules was 1.03 yuan/w, while the price for bifacial glass 210mm modules was 1.07 yuan/w. November's PV module production hit 49.7GW, down 1% from October. Global module stocks stayed high in November. PV module makers, especially smaller ones, face stock-clearing pressures and losses, causing a dip in operating rates. The market outlook is negative, with December production forecasted to drop to around 45GW.
