"Looking at the profit statement of imported ore in the SMM, the landed profit of imported ore remains basically unchanged compared with yesterday, with most varieties still in a state of loss. Futures prices fluctuated narrowly yesterday, with both rises and falls in prices of various varieties. Looking ahead, both the overseas shipping volume and the arrival volume of iron ore have increased. However, recent environmental inspections have led to increased maintenance of blast furnaces in some regional steel plants, resulting in a further decrease in iron production. The fundamental support for iron ore has become more relaxed, leading to a weakening of ore price support. However, considering the approach of an important meeting, the market still anticipates favorable policies, and it is expected that iron ore prices will continue to fluctuate. There is still a small opportunity for a slight increase in the landed profit of imported ore."
