On December 4, Jwei Power officially announced that on December 1, the company signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Suihua City government to plan for the investment and construction of Jwei Power's energy storage system integration production base project, with a total planned capacity of 15 GWh, the first phase of which is planned to be 2 GWh. The project is planned to be implemented in five phases: the first phase is for the construction of the energy storage system integration base, the second phase is for the construction of the energy storage PACK base, the third phase is for the construction of the energy storage component capacity base, the fourth phase is for the construction of the energy storage high-altitude laboratory, and the fifth phase is for the construction of the energy storage cell manufacturing base."
