It emphasizes the importance of ensuring coal mine safety production, signing and fulfilling power coal contracts. Coal production enterprises are urged to strive to maintain and increase production, and increase available resources, while storage and transportation enterprises should timely understand the coal mine and power plant inventory and daily consumption, and improve the predictability of supply security. Power companies should strive to increase inventory and improve the number of available days, forming a collaborative effort in coal production and supply to enhance supply security during this winter and next spring peak periods."
