2026년 상반기, 글로벌 에너지 저장 배터리 셀 시장은 폭발적인 성장세를 이어갔다. SMM 데이터에 따르면, 상반기 글로벌 에너지 저장 배터리 셀 출하량은 약 486GWh에 달해 전년 대비 93% 증가했다. 출하 구조별로 보면, 유틸리티 규모(산업용 및 상업용 ESS 포함) 배터리 셀 출하량은 432GWh를 넘어섰고, 주거용 배터리 셀 출하량은 총 약 54GWh에 달했다. 유틸리티 규모 용도가 여전히 절대적으로 지배적인 부문으로 남아 있다.
