The Changxin Photovoltaic project located in the Feixi Economic Development Zone of Anhui Province has recently entered the final stage of construction. The first phase of the 40 billion investment project is nearing completion and is scheduled to be officially put into operation by the end of December. With a total investment of 16 billion yuan and covering an area of about 850 acres, the project adopts the industry-leading TOPCon technology and double-insertion technology, and is expected to achieve a capacity of 13.27GW after production. The output value is expected to reach around 10 billion yuan by 2024.

Changxin Photovoltaic plans to build a 23GW battery wafer production base project and a 20GW photovoltaic silicon wafer production base project locally. The total investment of the first phase of the battery wafer project is 6 billion yuan, and the first phase of the silicon wafer project is 2 billion yuan. Once fully operational, Changxin Photovoltaic will become one of the pillar enterprises in the new energy field of Feixi Photovoltaic.
