On November 24th, the State Forestry and Grassland Administration released the list of "Key Technology Research and Development for the Three-North Shelterbelt Program" with a total of 10 selected projects, including the research on photovoltaic sand control mode and supporting technology.

According to the document, the project has a budget of 30 million RMB, and encourages the applying team to raise matching funds. The project budget will be allocated annually, with 30% of the total budget allocated in the first year. In the middle of the project, there will be a mid-term evaluation, and those who do not pass the evaluation will be eliminated and will not receive any further funds. Those who pass the evaluation will receive another 30% of the project budget. The remaining funds will be allocated in a lump sum after the project is successfully accepted, and no further funds will be allocated if the acceptance is not successful.
