SMM Analysis: Wanhua Chemical Focuses on Integrated Layout

SMM News on December 1, Sichuan Wanlu Industrial Co., Ltd.'s environmental impact assessment report for the 20,000 tons/year PVDF project was publicly announced by the Meishan Ecological Environment Bureau on November 29, 2023. Sichuan Wanlu Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in December 2021, and is currently mainly engaged in the manufacture of basic chemical raw materials (excluding the manufacture of hazardous chemicals and other licensed chemicals), the manufacture of synthetic materials (excluding hazardous chemicals), and the sale of chemical products (excluding licensed chemical products). The project plans to invest 1.3 billion yuan to build a 40,000 tons/year R142b unit, a 20,000 tons/year PVDF unit, and a 30,000 tons/year R152a unit, and will be constructed in two phases, with each phase building a 10,000 tons/year PVDF unit.
