"Shanghai: Issues Several Opinions to Promote High-Quality Development of Photovoltaic in New Residential Buildings

On November 29, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Several Opinions on Promoting High-Quality Development of Photovoltaic in New Residential Buildings", which pointed out that the photovoltaic scale of new residential buildings will exceed 100,000 kilowatts from 2023 to 2025. From 2026 to 2035, it will promote the demonstration, scale, and market application of photovoltaic building integration such as photovoltaic thin film and photovoltaic curtain walls, and the photovoltaic scale of new residential buildings will exceed 500,000 kilowatts."
