Hubei Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, New Energy Company, intends to acquire 100% equity of Honghu Zhuoyang for no more than 218 million yuan, and take over all of its assets and audited confirmed liabilities, with a total investment (equity value + total liabilities) not exceeding 1.057 billion yuan. Honghu Zhuoyang is the project company of the Huzhuoyang New Energy Fengkou 200MW fishery-solar complementary PV power station project."
