Ganfeng Lithium announced that it has recently received a notification from Ganfeng International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., regarding the administrative reconsideration filed by Ganfeng International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its Mexican subsidiary. The Mexican Ministry of Economy has upheld the decision to cancel the mining concession issued by the Mexican Mining Authority. The company, through its subsidiary, will seek additional measures in accordance with Mexican or international law, including but not limited to international arbitration or administrative litigation. The company will take all necessary measures to protect its legal rights and interests."
