According to the notice, the investor of the project is Qinhuangdao North Glass Co., Ltd., and the project involves the construction of an annual production of 11.2 million square meters of photovoltaic cell encapsulation materials (2 sets of 1200 tons/day solar-embossed glass production line projects). The project is located in the Shanhaiguan Lingang Economic Development Zone of Qinhuangdao City, with the planned start-up date set for September 2025."
