Recently, the 50MW photovoltaic power generation project in Yuyang District, Shaanxi Huadian, contracted by Northwest Construction EPC, was successfully connected to the grid for the first time.

The project is located in Mengjiawan Township, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and is the first phase of the Shaanxi-Wuhan DC transmission project for new energy bases. With a total installed capacity of 50MW, the photovoltaic array operates with 90% fixed photovoltaic support and 10% flexible support, divided into 17 generating units. The project covers an area of approximately 2031 acres, with the photovoltaic area covering 1386 acres.

The project adopts a complementary mode of light and agriculture, combining solar power generation with vegetation planting to form a new pattern of "power generation on the board, grass planting under the board, scientific development, and comprehensive utilization", realizing coordinated development of "ecology, economy, and livelihood". It provides green and low-carbon dynamics for the ecological environment governance, energy structure transformation, and sustainable economic development of Yuyang District.
