"AnYang Iron and Steel announced on the evening of November 30th that it intends to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary, Henan AnSteel Zhoukou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., by 2.8 billion yuan. The Henan Green Steel Industry Development Fund subscribed for 248 million yuan, Zhoukou City Investment Group Co., Ltd. subscribed for 215 million yuan, and Shenqiu State-owned Investment Group Co., Ltd. subscribed for 108 million yuan. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Zhoukou Company will increase from 2.6 billion yuan to 5.398 billion yuan. The company and Zhoukou City Industrial Agglomeration Area Development Investment Co., Ltd. waived the capital increase, and their shareholding ratios changed from 76.92% and 11.54% to 37.05% and 5.56% respectively. Zhoukou Company remains a holding subsidiary within the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements. This capital increase is beneficial for strengthening the capital strength of Zhoukou Company and accelerating the construction of steel projects in Zhoukou Company."
