Recently, Jerry Corporation publicly disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jerry Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a cooperation agreement with Beehive Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tengqingqing Regeneration Resources (Shangrao) Co., Ltd. The two parties will carry out joint venture cooperation in the recycling and utilization of retired lithium batteries in domestic and foreign markets. It is understood that Tengqingqing Regeneration Resources' main business includes recycling of waste power batteries, development of recycling technology, and harmless treatment of battery factory waste and retired batteries."
