Silicon Wafer Prices Drop

Mainstream transaction prices of monocrystalline silicon wafer 182mm and 210mm dipped to 2.25-2.4 yuan/piece and 3.2-3.4 yuan/piece this week. Bolstered by launch of many large projects in terminal sector, 210mm silicon wafer prices appeared relatively firm, and there was even a supply shortage of 210mm silicon wafers and solar cells. At present, silicon wafer inventory is still under control, and profits are considerable. Therefore, silicon wafer scheduled production significantly increased in November.
