According to CCTV news, local media in the United States reported on the 23rd that the negotiations between the United States and the European Union on steel and an important mineral are still deadlocked. As a result, the "U.S.-EU Trade and Technology Council," originally scheduled to be held in mid-December, will be postponed again until early 2024. The "U.S.-EU Trade and Technology Council" was initially planned to coincide with the "U.S.-EU summit" in October of this year, but due to the lack of breakthroughs in the negotiations on steel and minerals, the meeting was postponed until mid-December. 신장 보위안 알루미늄 유한공사는 연산 15만 톤 규모의 신형 알루미늄 반제품 프로젝트 건설을 전력으로 추진하고 있다. 신장 준둥 경제기술개발구 화샤오산 알루미늄 다운스트림 산업단지에 위치한 이 프로젝트는 총투자 1억 8천만 위안, 부지 면적 64무이다. 총 건축 면적 2만 3천 제곱미터의 표준화 생산 작업장 2개 동을 건설할 계획이다. 생산 라인 구성 측면에서 이 프로젝트는 알루미늄 봉 생산 라인 2개, 주조 압연 알루미늄 코일·스트립 생산 라인 8개, 냉간 압연 알루미늄 코일·스트립 생산 라인 1개를 갖추게 된다. 프로젝트가 전면 완공되어 가동되면 연간 알루미늄 선 6만 톤, 알루미늄 코일 9만 톤의 생산 능력을 갖출 것으로 예상된다.
