Polysilicon prices still in downturn 

Recharging and dense polysilicon prices kept dipping to 65-68 yuan/kg and 63-66 yuan/kg respectively this week. Polysilicon orders signed this week decreased, mainly because the order signings for the month drew to a close. Supply-demand fundamentals and market sentiment kept dragging down transaction prices. The lowest quotation from Daqo for N-type polysilicon was 68 yuan/kg. With restart of new plants, scheduled polysilicon output is expected to exceed 150,000 mt in November, which will keep bringing downward pressure to prices.
