On October 30th, the 100MW Wind-Storage Base Project of Inner Mongolia Energy Alukeerqin was launched. The 100MW Wind-Storage Base Project of Inner Mongolia Energy Alukeerqin is located about 20 kilometers southwest of Alukeerqin Flag in Chifeng City, with an installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts and 150MW/300MWh energy storage devices, and two 220kV booster stations.

The total investment of the project is 4.7 billion yuan, and it is expected to be put into production before December 30th, 2024. After the project is put into production, the average annual generating hours are 2791h, the grid-connected electricity is 2.791 billion kWh, the annual operating income can reach 750 million yuan, and 84.4 million tons of standard coal can be saved and 3.34 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced every year. After the project is put into production, it will further promote the high-quality development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in Chifeng City, and help the city and even the autonomous region to peak and balance carbon.
