The Yunnan Provincial People's Government Office recently issued the "Yunnan Province Coal Industry High-quality Development Three-year Action Plan (2023-2025)", which mentioned accelerating the release of advanced production capacity of open-pit coal mines, supporting the expansion of scale and nuclear capacity of open-pit coal mines, and adjusting the construction scale or expanding and reconstructing the remaining service life of open-pit coal mines with good resource ticket conditions, large single-pit output, and high safety guarantee. Accelerate the implementation of underground-to-open-pit mining for well-equipped underground coal mines.
