This week, the inventory of building steel materials was reduced rapidly, and the inventory of threaded steel decreased by 6.40% compared with last week, and the inventory of wire coils decreased by 6.80% compared with last week. On the supply side, according to SMM research, this week, in terms of long process, the amount of building materials maintenance affected was 1.003 million tons, which decreased by 52,000 tons compared with last week, and in terms of short process, the electric furnace start-up rate was 38.79%, which increased by 3.32 percentage points compared with last week, and the supply of threads was slightly increased, but it was still at a low level compared with the same period. On the demand side, steel prices rebounded slightly at the beginning of the week, market sentiment warmed up, and the planned volume that was suppressed by sentiment was released in a concentrated manner, and the trading atmosphere was heated up, and the transaction performance was good. In general, the release of demand was obvious, driving the inventory of building materials to continue to decline.
