On October 16th, the "Opinion of the State Council on Promoting High-quality Development in Inner Mongolia and Writing a New Chapter of Chinese Modernization" was released. The opinion pointed out that by 2035, the comprehensive economic strength will be greatly improved, the total economic output and the income of urban and rural residents will reach a new level, the new energy system will be basically established, the role of "two barriers", "two bases" and "one bridgehead" will be further enhanced, and it will continue to lead the way in promoting national unity and progress, and basically realize socialism modernization in line with the whole country. It mainly includes the following three aspects:

1. Increase support for desertification land management, photovoltaic desert control, etc.;

2. Promote the construction of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic bases;

3. Improve the rules of the power market to adapt to the participation of new energy.
