【Another Photovoltaic Sub-sector Leader IPO Application Accepted】Half a year after the 600 billion yuan photovoltaic giant Jingsheng Electronics proposed to list its subsidiary Meijin New Materials, it has taken an important step forward. Recently, Zhejiang Meijin New Materials Co., Ltd. has submitted its prospectus for the first public offering of shares and listing on the GEM, which has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The prospectus shows that the company plans to issue no more than 40 million shares (excluding the number of shares in excess of the allotment) on the GEM, accounting for no less than 10% of the total shares after the issuance. It is expected to raise 1.5 billion yuan, which will be mainly used for the construction of semiconductor quartz crucible industrial park, R&D center, Ningxia Xinjing Quartz Crucible Expansion Project and supplement of working capital.
