As of October 10, the number of existing energy storage companies in the country has exceeded 100,000, and the number of newly registered companies this year has reached 50,200. Corporate financing is also very hot, and many companies have expanded their capacity in a big way. However, overcapacity leads to price wars, further compressing the profit space of enterprises, and the business and revenue models of energy storage technology are not yet fully clear, which poses a great risk to enterprises without certain technological reserves and financial strength.
