Qianjing Garden and Landscape's subsidiary, Anhui Guosheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., signed the "China Guang Nuclear New Energy 2023-2024 Photovoltaic Component Framework Collection (7 Bids) Photovoltaic Component Procurement Contract" with China Guang Nuclear Wind Power Co., Ltd. on the evening of October 11. The estimated contract amount is 1.25 billion yuan, which is more than 6 times the revenue of Qianjing Garden and Landscape in 2022 (198 million yuan).

The above contract shows that Anhui Guosheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will supply photovoltaic components to China Guang Nuclear Wind Power Co., Ltd., with an estimated capacity of 1 million kilowatts and a reserve capacity of 1 million kilowatts, covering Shandong, Xinjiang and Hebei. When the estimated capacity is exhausted and the framework agreement is in effect, the two parties can negotiate to use the reserve capacity. The price of this framework contract is adjustable, and the final settlement price is based on the cumulative amount of actual orders.
