On October 8th, Luokai Co., Ltd. issued a notice to revise the non-directional convertible bond prospectus and cancel the fund investment plan for the "Energy Storage R&D Center Project".

It is reported that Luokai Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the business of circuit breakers, ring network cabinets and other power distribution equipment. In 2022, the company expanded its business to the energy storage field, introduced professional R&D teams in the wind power and energy storage fields, established Luokai New Energy Division, and has completed the preliminary R&D work such as concept verification and scheme design of industrial and commercial energy storage, and plans to focus on the R&D of energy storage system integration technology, energy storage system optimization technology, PACK and production equipment in the future. For this purpose, on July 7 this year, Luokai Co., Ltd. issued a convertible bond prospectus to raise a total of 49,015.12 million yuan, of which 6472 million yuan will be invested in the energy storage R&D center project, so as to increase the R&D and layout of energy storage system integration related technologies.
